Daddy and Mimi both have new digs

Daddy was moved out of ICU and into the Open Heart Surgery Recovery Unit, which means he's in a real room. He's still doing well, but he's tired and beginning to experience some of the pain and discomfort the doctors warned him about. We hope he'll get a good night's sleep tonight.

Mimi got to visit with Daddy for a few minutes at the hospital today; she told him she's proud of how well he's done. Now Mimi's enjoying a nice dinner with Bill and Teresa in her new pad at Georgian Place. Thanks again to all who helped move her there! We really appreciate your time and hard work.

Again, thank you so much to everyone who packed, moved, unpacked, fed, organized, and more with Mimi's move today. I couldn't have done it without you. I believe this is the type of community that Jesus had in mind. Love you all, Bill

Okay, I guess it's never to late to pray! I did not know about this until right now!! I'm not sure where to call, so I thought I'd comment for now....I don't check this email as often as my other. Sorry I have missed out on everything! I have read thru everything and PRAISE GOD for the good turn out! I'll be in touch soon and I will continue to pray every time I think of you! I'll let Brian know, too. He's working all night. Love you guys. Please let me know if we can take the boys for a while! I'll bring some food soon. xoxo Gloria

Dee & Joe, glad things are going so well. Gary and Anne said they will still be praying. We met Bill today & are very impresses with his organization and thought-fulness. April is doing a great job of keeping us informed. If you decide to disown them, we'll adopt them. They are "doing you proud!" We love you! Dian & Bob

OK. I finally did it! I'm clearly blog-challenged. Glad everyone is settled and almost everyone is back in place. I know you will all be glad to resume a somewhat normal schedule. Great news that April will be here tomorrow.
You know where to find us.

I am overjoyed that all went well. My prayers continually go heartily up for Joe's recovery - and the family's too. I pray that Mimi will be happy in her new place also. God has a magnificent plan even though some of these traumatic situations are included in it. With much love to you all, Kathryn (Scott) Rodriguez
